Verify Dial-up is Working- Article no. 1545

Resolution Steps

  • In WebToolsverify Dial is ON and the password authenticates
      
  • If the issue persists, click Create Work Order or Technical Case on the Work Orders Tab in BOLT

    Fill out the information as described below and click Submit
     
    Trouble Call or Tech Case Trouble Call
    Service Category Data
    Problem Description Email Issue
    Select Data Username and Password
    Email Issue Other Email Issue
    Include Valid contact name and phone number; Dialup account will not authenticate
