Grande Texas

User IDs must conform to the following standards:

Must be from 3 to 16 alpha-numeric characters in length
Must begin with a letter (not a number)
Must be entered in lowercase in ICOMS
One Period ( . ) and an underscore (_) are allowed; however the username cannot end with these characters
Can not end in an Underscores ( _ ) and special characters are NOT permitted
Email address which may be interpreted as our official company email addresses are never permitted
- Examples: customerservice@mygrande.net, emailadmin@mygrande.net, admin@mygrande.net, techsupport@mygrande.net, etc.

Passwords must conform to the following standards:

Must be minimum of 3 characters and a maximum of 16 in length
Must begin with a letter or a number or special printable character except amersand (&)
Is case sensitive
Cannot be the same as the username

You can give the customer the option of making their password their first initial, last initial, and 6-digit date so that they can change it online (MyGrande) at a later time

Must be entered in a case
Special characters are allowed
Email address which may be interpreted as our official company email addresses are never permitted

Passwords must conform to the following standards:

Must be 10 characters in length
Must contain uppercase, lowercase, and symbolic characters
Is case sensitive
You can give the customer the option of making their password their first initial, last initial, and 6-digit date so that they can change it online at a later time

All Other Markets

User IDs must conform to the following standards:

Must be from 3 to 32 alpha-numeric characters in length
Must begin with a letter (not a number)
Must be entered in lowercase in ICOMS
Periods ( . ) and hyphens ( - ) ARE allowed, however they cannot be placed next to each other
Underscores ( _ ) and special characters are NOT permitted
Email address which may be interpreted as our official company email addresses are never permitted
- Examples: customerservice@rcn.com, emailadmin@rcn.com, admin@rcn.com, techsupport@rcn.com, etc.

Passwords must conform to the following standards:

Should be between 8-50 characters in length
Must contain at least 1 UPPERCASE and at least 1 lowercase letter
Must begin with a letter or a number
May contain any printable character found on the keyboard
May contain any printable character found on the keyboard
You can give the customer the option of making their password their first initial, last initial, and 6-digit date so that they can change it online (MyAstound) at a later time
