MLB Network TV Everywhere Streaming- Article no. 5569

Introduction

For DC Metro, IL, MA, NY and PA customers only

• Astound Digital TV subscribers can access MLB Network TV Everywhere content on their PC and mobile devices
   
• Customers must subscribe to the Cable tier that includes MLB Network

Watch on a Computer or Laptop:

• Access http://MLBNetwork.com/watch and  select Astound from the drop down list of cable providers
   
• Login using your MyAstound user name and password 
   

Watch on a Mobile Device:

• Download the MLB.com at Bat App from the Google Play Store or the iTunes App Store
   
  • At startup, users see a subscription offer, but should click Go Lite
     
  • Go to More or Menu drop down and click MLB Network from menu
     
  • Users can click on the play icon to view the live content
     
  • Login using your MyAstound user name and password

Resolution Steps

 Blackout Restrictions

• Unless a game is otherwise not available in a club's home television market, most live game telecasts on MLB Network are blacked out in the home TV markets of the participating clubs
   
• Viewers in those areas may be provided with an alternate game telecast or programming
   
• Select MLB Network game telecasts may also be available on a regionalized basis

Technical Difficulties with Game Telecasts or Programs on MLB Network

• Customers must contact MLB Network support for all technical and troubleshooting issues
