Move Service from One Billing Statement to Another Article no. 1808

Use the steps below to move an entire service category from one customer billing statement to another
- Use Merge Billing Statements to combine or merge all billing statements into one statement
Resolution Steps
- From the Billing drop-down in ICOMS, select Customer Occurrence Configuration
- Highlight the category to bill with another statement
- Select Recur and Usage Bill With
- Highlight the statement category to bill with the selected usage category and press Select
- Select Confirm
- The Select Equipment window appears if the service moved has associated equipment to move another statement
- This acts as a reminder to change the customer’s Bill With Statement Code on the equipment to the new statement
