Resolution Steps
Connecting your IPTV box to your HDTV
HDMI needed
Connecting to your network
- Go to TiVo Home | arrow left to Menu | Settings | Device Settings
- Select Network & Internet
- Turn the toggle for WiFi On*
- A list of Available Networks populates
- Select your WiFi network, and enter your password
- Select the
or "tab" key to enter the password (screenshot) - The interface will read Connected

*Unless connected to your network via Ethernet
Forgetting your network (starting over)
- Go to TiVo Home | arrow left to Menu | Settings | Device Settings
- Select Network & Internet
- ensure the the toggle for WiFi is On*
- Select your connected WiFi network
- Scroll down to and select Forget Network
- To confirm, select Yes
- A list of Available Networks populates
- Select your WiFi network
- Add the password
- Select the or "tab" key to enter the password (screenshot)
- The interface will read Connected
*Unless connected to your network via Ethernet
IP Settings
- Go to TiVo Home | arrow left to Menu | Settings | Device Settings
- Select Network & Internet
- Select IP Settings
- Select DHCP; do not select Static
Google Account
In order to load Apps into your Android IPTV box, you need a Google account. You can use an existing account, or sign up for a new one
- Go to TiVo Home | arrow left to Menu | Settings | Device Settings | Accounts and Sign In
- For existing Google accounts
- Select Add Account
- Press Sign In
- Select Use your remote
- Enter your email address
- Press Next
- Enter your password
- Press Sign In

- Select Add Account
- To create a new account:
- Select Add Account
- Press Sign In
- Select Use your remote
- On the sign-on screen, press the Back button to get out of the email field
- Scroll down to Create Account and follow the on-screen instructions

- Select Add Account
- After you sign in, go to TiVo Home | Apps | Google Play to search for and download Apps
Going to 'Live TV'
For IPTV Remotes that do not have a Live TV button. you can go to live TV the following way:
- Go to TiVo Home | Watch TV
Voice Control
- If you have a MAXI ATV 2-in-1 Remote Control, Google Assistant commands and TiVo voice commands are two separate Keys. More information
