- Advertised FWA pricing includes AutoPay and Paperless Billing discounts
- Discount is available to both new and existing customers with FWA Pricing
- $10 discount is based on the customer using bank ACH as their payment method
- $5 discount is based on the customer using a debit or credit card as their payment method
- Order new residential Internet service
- Illinois and Indiana discount works with new 2021 and 2022 core data promos launched after July 14, 2021 only
- The core data promos will force the removal of legacy service code 4151 (WOW) to prevent double crediting
- In Luzerne County, PA, it's available to any new customer, regardless of services ordered
- New York discount available in areas with Marketing ID Low Penetration; campaigns C22_DLP, C22_DLP1F, C22_DLP2F, C22_D6, C22_D61F, C22_D62F
- Wave G promo WHP30GR1K2 is not eligible for the discount as it began before the APPB program started

- Bulk accounts discount on services outside of the bulk agreement
- EBB / ACP customers do not qualify for the discount if enrolled in the Free ACP plan with no additional services

Autopay and Paperless Billing for CA, IL, NY, OR and WA
- Program works by promo number only and the script is triggered by these campaigns
- The customer will receive the discount for the life of the promo in IL and NY
- This a post billing script so the customer will receive the credit as soon as they sign up for AutoPay and Paperless even if the promo was active on the account
- The customer will lose the discount if they go off of autopay or paperless billing
- If the customer goes back on autopay and paperless billing and the promo is still active the autopay the discount will be applied again
Autopay and Paperless Billing for DC, MA, PA and TX
Change co
- The customer has 30 days from the point of sale for internet service to add an MOP and go paperless
- The customer has 60 days leeway if they remove their autopay or paperless before they lose their discount
- The customer will only receive 12 individual credits
- Except for Texas: Autopay/paperless discount was changed to a permeate discount as of August 2022
- If the customer was still receiving active discounts in August 2022, they will get the discount on a permanent basis
- If the customer falls out of the program they cannot get back in
- If the customer received 12 credits prior to August 2022 they are not included
- Accounts that reconnect or transfer do not qualify
- If the customer is currently enrolled in the discount and transfer service, they will continue to receive the discount
- The Autopay Discount codes NACAPDC, NACAPDD, NACAPDT are not part of the Autopay and paperless script logic. The purpose of the codes is so Ecommerce can display the Autopay paperless discount in Shop
Autopay and Paperless Billing for Business
- $10.00 for any Business customer that signs up for autopay and has a qualifying campaign
- Paperless billing is no longer required
- There is no requirement to be enrolled within a certain amount of time from the date of install

Expired Promo
- A one-time $5 discount was available to residential customers who signup or switch to paperless billing in all markets
- A bill credit appears approximately 30 days after sign-up automatically
- Offer expired 12/31/2021
Fulfillment
- Enroll in both AutoPay and Paperless Billing at the point of sale or within the first 30 days of placing an order for internet service
- Paperless billing is no longer required for Business accounts
- Customer must have autopay and paperless bill handling code at time of billing to receive the Autopay and paperless credit
- Bill credit begins with the 2nd bill after a new customer install.
- At billing, the system validates both AutoPay and paperless billing enrollment, and automatically applies bill credit to the ledger with an adjustment code - this offer does not use a campaign ID
- This is done after normal billing can take up to 24 hours
- If at any time the customer does not meet the criteria (no longer enrolled in e-bill or no longer enrolled in AutoPay or a cc decline) the credit ceases
- When un-enrolled, there is a 60-day grace period where if the customer re-enrolls (ie. after a cc decline and AutoPay restart) they start where they left off
- Reconnects of a previously disconnected account are not eligible for this discount. The account must be incremented to a new occupant
- After account review for a missing discount, fulfillment issues can be investigated via Service Now ticket for IT Billing
How the Bill Reads - Account Review
- The credit appears as Paperless Billing/Autopay Credit
- General Ledger review - the discount applied automatically with an adjustment code. Credit begins with the 2nd bill
- No Promo roll-off message is used
- Check the Statement Image in ICOMS to see what the Bill Handle is at the time of billing
- From the Customer Ledger(GL) screen, highlight the last statement and click on Stmt Image
- From here you can see the Bill Handle at the time of sale and to see if the customer qualifies for the discount
