Resolution Steps

The following only applies to the BlueTooth Voice Remote

  1. Insert the USB adapter attached to the extension cable into one of the USB ports in the back of the TiVo

  2. Make sure the adapter is close to the front of the TiVo; for best reception, place the extension cable beside or on top of the TiVo

The following applies to the BlueTooth and RF Voice Remotes:

  1. Insert the batteries into the remote to pair to the TiVo automatically

    • When the activity light at the top of the remote flashes amber with each button press, the remote is paired

    • If the activity light flashes red, the remote is not fully paired, and voice commands will not work

  2. Manually pair the remote to complete the setup
