Eligibility Requirements
- TiVo Voice Remotes are given with newly-installed TiVo 6 Tuners and Minis with Experience 4
- TiVo Voice Remotes work with all TiVos. Voice capability only works on Experience 4 TiVos

NY and PA Markets
- For all 6 Tuners and Minis (All models), the customer may have an RF or Bluetooth remote
- With the exception of 4K TiVos, if a BlueTooth remote is used it needs to be paired with a BlueTooth Dongle
- To identify if the remote is RF or BlueTooth
- On the remote's bottom right, if Enter button Last is printed in blue, the remote is a BlueTooth Remote

- On the remote's bottom right, if Enter button Last is printed in white, the remote is an RF Remote

- On the remote's bottom right, if Enter button Last is printed in blue, the remote is a BlueTooth Remote
All other Markets
- RF remote is used for all 6 Tuners and Minis (All models)
- Massachusetts Fall Rush accounts with Single Tuner (eBox)
- BlueTooth Not used
Resolution Steps
The following only applies to the BlueTooth Voice Remote
- Insert the USB adapter attached to the extension cable into one of the USB ports in the back of the TiVo
- Make sure the adapter is close to the front of the TiVo; for best reception, place the extension cable beside or on top of the TiVo
The following applies to the BlueTooth and RF Voice Remotes:
- Insert the batteries into the remote to pair to the TiVo automatically
- When the activity light at the top of the remote flashes amber with each button press, the remote is paired
- If the activity light flashes red, the remote is not fully paired, and voice commands will not work
- When the activity light at the top of the remote flashes amber with each button press, the remote is paired
- Manually pair the remote to complete the setup
