SETTING UP NETWORK CONNECTION

1. At any time, press the circle button on the remote to get to the home screen
   
   
2. Scroll up, then over to the right to the gear icon for settings
   
   
3. Scroll down to Network and Internet
   
   
4. Change the WiFi toggle to On
   
   
5. A list of available wifi networks will appear
   
   
6. Select your network and enter your password

SETTING UP A GOOGLE ACCOUNT

In order to load Apps into your TiVo Stream 4K, you need a Google account. You can use an existing account, or sign up for a new one

1. At any time, press the circle button on the remote to get to the home screen
   
   
2. Scroll up, then over to the right to the gear icon for settings
   
   
3. Scroll down to Accounts and Sign In
   
   
4. Press Sign In
   
   
5. Enter your email address
   
   
6. Press Next
   
   
7. Enter your password
   
   
8. Press Next

TROUBLESHOOTING TIVO STREAM 4K

1.Verify hookup is correct and TV is on the correct HDMI input

2.Check the internet connection using merlin

3.Verify the HSN on the device is the same we have in ICOMS/BOLT

4.Power Cycle the dongle by unplugging power and plugging back in

5.As a last resort, you can try resetting the device to its factory defaults (please see warning in article)

6.Missing, Damaged, or broken remotes require a technician visit. Charges will be determined by the technician
