Resolution Steps
BEFCMU and WCG200 Version 1 Gateway Supported Settings
- Remote login to the HLAN gateway
- On the Wireless tab, make sure the Wireless Network is Enabled by selecting the Enable radio button
- Enter the customer requested SSID in the Network Name field
- Use the following settings to complete setup

- Enter the 26-character WEP key in the following format
- CC+AccountNumber+CC+AccountNumber

WCG200 Version 2 Gateway and Standalone Linksys Routers Supported Settings
- For WCG200 version 2, remote login to the HLAN gateway
- For WRT54G2, always connect via Ethernet cable
- On the Wireless tab, enter the SSID in the Network Name field and the following settings

- Enter the WPA2 Passphrase in the field provided made up of at least 8 alphanumeric characters and is case sensitive
- Passphrase must be at least 8 alphanumeric characters, and is case sensitive
