Resolution Steps

• Go to the Equipment Maintenance [BX] screen in ICOMS
   
• Highlight the item and click the Port Occ Asgn button
   
• On the Equipment Port Maintenance screen, select the data port and click the Swap Ctg/Occ button  
   
• On the Swap Port Service Category / Occurrence screen, select the other data port, then click the Swap To button
   
• Click Exit, then go to the Equipment Balancing [EB] screen and hit Enter to balance the account
