Payment Arrangement 90 Day Override Article no. 1361

Resolution Steps

BOLT allows payment arrangements once every 90 days from the date entered  

• When the 90 day Payment arrangement rule is exceeded, a system message generates
  
  
• To override the 90 day rule, click OK

On the Supervisor Override screen: 

• Leads and Supervisors: enter your Active Directory username / password and click Authorize
