Entering Equipment Room Location Article no. 5337

Resolution Steps

1. Locate the equipment on the ICOMS Customer Equipment Maintenance [BX] screen
    
2. In the Room field, press F4 and select Equipment Room
    
3. Highlight the location, press Select and then OK
    
4. Go back to the Customer Equipment Maintenance [BX] screen and press Enter
