Resolution Steps

 

1. Login to Usertools with your username and password
    
2. Under Advanced Options, click Email notification preferences
    
3. Place a checkmark in the box labeled
    
   • "From time to time, RCN may send you email notices about FREE offers, NEW products and promotions. If you do not wish to receive these notices, check this box."
      
4. Click the Commit changes button
