Resolution Steps

 

1. From the Billing drop-down in ICOMS, select Customer Occurrence Configuration
   
   
2. Highlight the category to bill with another statement 
   
   
3. Select Recur and Usage Bill With 
   
   
4. Highlight the statement category to bill with the selected usage category and press Select
   
5. Select Confirm
   
   
6. The Select Equipment window appears if the service moved has associated equipment to move another statement
   
   
   • This acts as a reminder to change the customer’s Bill With Statement Code on the equipment to the new statement
