Make a one-time payment using a credit / debit card, or withdraw funds directly from your checking account (Convenience fee applies)
By setting up automatic payments, your monthly payment is automatically deducted from your account on the payment due date (Convenience fee does not apply)

Our automated phone system accepts one-time credit/debit card payments, and ACH check by phone payments
Call 1-800-746-4726 to pay using the automated phone system (Convenience fee applies)

Mail Your Payment

Return the bill payment stub included in your monthly paper bill to RCN along with your payment in the form of a check or money order
The address to mail your bill is PO Box 11816, Newark, NJ 07101-8116; please allow 10 days for mailing and processing time

Pay in Person at an RCN Payment Center

Use one of our many convenient payment centers to pay in person
After confirming the payment center’s business hours, stop by to make a payment with a customer service representative
Payment centers accept cash, checks, money orders and credit cards

Note: Payment Centers can only accept payment for services located in their site

Find a Western Union office near you to make your RCN payment (Convenience fees applies)
