Introduction

 

If adult content is showing where it shouldn't be, contact someone on your support team and they will let the Control Desk know immediately

 

Resolution Steps

Click Create Work Order or Technical Case on the Work Orders Tab in BOLT

  • Fill out the information as described below and click Submit
     
    Trouble Call or Tech Case VOD Issue
    Service Category VOD
    Problem Description VOD Content Missing from Menu
    Select All affected equipment
    Required Title, Date and Time of Occurrence
