Finding AR Codes for ICOMS Adjustments- Article no. 5642

Introduction

AR Category Codes must match the AR Adjustment Codes for adjustments processed in ICOMS
 

Resolution Steps

To determine the oldest money in AR aging:
 

On the ICOMS General Ledger [GL] screen

• Press AR/Stmt on the left sidebar
   
• Highlight the balance and press AR Codes
   
• AR Codes and statement aging by AR are shown.  Use blue arrows to scroll thru each AR category
