IPTV Device is Off By an Hour- Article no. 9236

Introduction

If your IPTV device is off by an hour, it may be set to the wrong Time Zone.

The following Time zones are used in our Astound areas:

• CA, OR, WA - Pacific Time

• TX, IL, IN - Central Time

• DC, IL, MA, NY, PA - Eastern Time

Follow the steps below to change your settings.

Resolution Steps

1. Go to TiVo Home | arrow left to Menu | Settings | Device Settings | Device  Preferences | Date & Time | Set time Zone
    
2. Depending on your area, set the time zone to:
    
   • Pacific Time
   
   
   • Central Time
   
   
   • Eastern Time
